"I honestly can't find any sort of practical test that would harm this receiver or make it in any way inferior to an aluminum one."- Tom @ Apex Gunsmithing Experpt from a Third Party Review at  http://www.apexgunsmithing.com/poly-receivers-testing-part-2/

Federal law requires that you be 21 years or age or older to purchase a stripped receiver or frame. If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun. However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms. This is a great product. I would recommend this item to anyone. This lower is built strong, and very well put together. Great company to deal with. Best of all made in the USA.

    LR308 poly

So far so good. Not abused it but ran about 50 rounds through it. Fires like a Cadillac compared to my Springfield M1A. I put a Bear Creek Arsenal side charge upper and it has great fit and finish. So far I'm happy.

Posted by Christopher M Lopez on 24th Nov 2020

So pleased with my decision and purchase of the AR-308 Polymer Lower Receiver from Tennessee Arms. Well built, sturdy and the fit to my upper was perfect. I definitely will be purchasing more of the other lowers available in the future. Thank you Tennessee Arms!

    .308 Complete Lower

I was a little skeptical purchasing a polymer .308 lower assembly. To my surprise, this lower functioned flawlessly. I am not one to write reviews or endorse products. But, TN Arms knocked it out the park with this lower assembly. Well done!!!!

    COMPLETE AR-308 LOWER RECEIVER

Posted by Scott Scrima on 19th Nov 2020

Overall the lower is pretty nice. It did fit my upper a little loose. More so that the other two 308 AR's I have that are aluminum. The rifle I built with it is kind of a "poor mans" SCAR and in that it is very light and runs well. This is my first polymer lower.... But probably not the last one I'll buy from Tennessee Arms.
