The TAC-9 receiver is the newest member of the Tennessee Arms family of receiver. Using our fiber reinforced polymer and metal inserts we have delivered the lightest and best designed Glock Magazine compatible lower receiver on the market today. This receiver comes with our proprietary ambidextrous magazine release already installed. The rest of the lower receiver parts are standard AR design.  These parts are in stock and ready to ship. 

Manufactured from a fiber-reinforced Nylon blend with extreme resiliency. Using our patent-pending technology, Marine-Grade Brass inserts are permanently molded into the receivers at the Grip Screw & Buffer Area. These metal threaded inserts increase durability without sacrificing weight savings of the composite bodies. The ejector is permanently embedded in the material. Colors are injected throughout the receiver during molding thus eliminating the worry for a scratched or marred finish.The end result is a sturdy receiver that is light to carry without compromising functionality.

    I havent got to shoot it yet, still waiting on an LPK , but visually....this thing is built tough, this aint some 3d printer junk, this thing is military grade tough.

    It looks great, not a single flaw, i got it in OD green and its beautiful...will definitely order another for a build....oh and wait time...maybe a month, if that...and customer service...yall need to train people how to customers...outstanding, thank you.

    If you are looking for a no-gunsmithing 9mm lower this is not it. Function is fine once everything is fitted but expect to spend a lot of time finishing the buffer tube threads, grinding off the buffer tube that extends intothe upper territory, opening up the front pin retainer surface, and drilling out the bolt stop plunger hole. Once yo do all of that you need to tweak (bend) the ejector to fit your BCG. After that the gun is more fun that a barrel of monkeys:)

    The Good - Very nice quality. Very light. Great features.
    The BAD - FCG pocket is blocked by the serial # block and that severely limits the triggers that can be used. Forget Hyperfire, Timney, ARGold and most other good triggers - they will NOT fit or work.
